how much can you take before you crumble?

if she happens to come into contact with any other problems prior to her exams,
she aint gonna be able to come through with her papers.
not that she isnt focused.
but her will to study gets diminished.

she knows that studying is not the most important thing in this world.
having other issues would re-prioritize her schedule.
and she does not like to re-organize her thoughts.

the impending loom has finally settled over our heads.
the exams are here.. again.
you would think that singaporeans would have gotten use to the thought of exams.
but we still moan, grunt and grit our teeth before every examination.
like examinations is a whole new ball game everytime we encounter it.


As a Singaporean student, i feel its slightly ludicrous that we students are not the ones that is deciding the format and structure of examinations.
Its not the institutions themselves that seat for the examinations and try it out.
we are the students who have to go through every format they wish to establish and 'test it out'.
nicely speaking, we are sort of academic lab rats.
the one which without a doubt, strive to adapt and emerge successful out the system as the way of beating it?
i feel repulsed at this point.
im gonna stop.
